Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Governor of Katsina State, has reaffirmed his dedication to seamless local governance continuity. He declared the upcoming elections for new council chairmen, dispelling the notion of establishing caretaker committees post the current executives' tenure.

In a statement by Chief Press Secretary Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed on Monday, Governor Radda spoke during the swearing-in ceremony of Kabir Abdulsalam Shema as the Transition Committee Chairman of Dutsinma Local Government. Shema's appointment follows Barrister Suleiman Namadi's transition to the State Secretary of the APC.

Acknowledging the leadership prowess within Dutsinma LGA, the governor cited figures like Alhaji Usman Isiyaku, the State Head of Civil Service, and Alhaji Bishir Tanimu Gambo, the Commissioner of Finance, expressing confidence in their dedication and trustworthiness.

The governor's vision prioritizes a smooth transition and collaboration among local leaders, emphasizing the collective betterment of the community.
